Square faience tile with coloured glazed decorationThe decoration is in green, white, brown and yellow, and shows a rosette set between interlocking triangles. The sides of the tile are also glazed but plain. Such tiles are thought to have decorated the sides of staircases. Similar tiles
were found in the area to the south of the Apadana at Susa. Susa
